The Sialidase Fluorogenic Assay Kit is designed to measure Sialidase NANH (N-acylneuraminate glycohydrolase) activity for screening and profiling applications. It comes in a convenient 96-well format, with purified recombinant Salmonella typhimurium sialidase, Sialidase substrate, Sialidase assay buffer, and Stop Solution for 100 enzyme reactions. Sialidase inhibitor NCGC00063279 (N-Acetyl-2,3-dehydro-2-deoxyneuraminic acid) is also included as a control. The Sialidase fluorogenic substrate is incubated with Sialidase. Hydrolyzation of the Sialidase substrate releases a fluorophore (λexc/λem = 365 nm/445 nm). The increase in fluorescence at λ=445 nm is directly proportional to Sialidase activity. 

The ARH3 Fluorogenic Assay Kit is a high-throughput, homogeneous 96-well assay designed to measure the hydrolase activity of ARH3 (ADP-ribosylhydrolase) for screening and profiling applications, using a simple and straightforward fluorogenic assay. The ARH3 Fluorogenic Assay Kit contains enough purified recombinant ARH3 enzyme, substrate, and assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions. The kit includes the ARH3 inhibitor ADP-HPD as an ARH3 activity control. ARH3 is incubated with a fluorogenic ADP-ribose substrate in which the fluorophore is quenched by the presence of the ribose. ARH3-mediated hydrolysis of the substrate between the ribose and the fluorochrome releases fluorescence that can be detected at λ=502 nm (excitation at λ=385 nm). Fluorescence intensity is directly proportional to ARH3 hydrolase activity

The Chemi-Verse™ TNK1 Kinase Assay Kit is designed to measure TNK1 (tyrosine kinase non receptor 1) tyrosine kinase activity for screening and profiling applications using ADP-Glo™ as a detection reagent. The assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with enough purified recombinant TNK1 kinase (amino acids 106-390), kinase substrate, ATP, and kinase assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions.

The DcR3:TL1A Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening and profiling inhibitors of the interaction between DcR3 (Decoy Receptor 3) and TL1A (TNF-like ligand 1A). This kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with biotin-labeled TL1A, purified DcR3, streptavidin-labeled HRP, and assay buffer for 100 binding reactions. First, DcR3 is coated on a 96-well plate. Next, biotinylated TL1A is incubated with DcR3. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP followed by addition of an HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence. The chemiluminescence signal is proportional to the binding of DcR3:TL1A.

The assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with enough purified recombinant TTBK1 kinase, kinase substrate, ATP, and kinase assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions.

LDH-Cytotoxicity Assay Kit-WST is used for determination of cytotoxicity by measuring a lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity released from damaged cells.

G6PD Assay Kit-WST is used for the simple and rapid screening of G6PD activity.
