DNP Dextran (2,4-Dinitrophenyl conjugated to Dexran) is one of Nanocs DNP Dextran conjugates that can be used for immunoassay development. DNP is a frequently used heptan that has strong absorption around 360 nm. Nanocs provides a number of DNP conjugates that can be used for different applications. These DNP conjugates were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.

Isoprenoid compounds are a diverse group of natural products which are essential components in all cells. Isoprenoids are biosynthesized from the simple precursors isopentenyl diphosphate (IPP) and dimethylallyl diphosphate (DMAPP). Eukaryotes fungi and some gram-positive bacteria produce IPP through the mevalonate (MVA) pathway whereas gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria utilize the non-mevalonate or 2-C-methyl-D-erythritol-4-phosphate (MEP) pathway. 2Z 6E-farnesyl diphosphate is formed by (2Z 6E)-farnesyl diphosphate synthase catalyzed condensation of IPP with geranyl diphosphate (GPP). Z-FPP is the precursor of decaprenyl diphosphate which has a central role in the biosynthesis of the mycobacterial cell wall.

gamma-preprotachykinin amide (72-92) acetate is a 21 amino acid peptide belonging to the tachykinin (TK) family and including neurokinin A (NKA) in its C-terminal sequence. gamma-preprotachykinin amide (72-92) acetate possesses higher affinity than NKA for central NK-2 receptors; it shows lower affinity for NK-1 receptors, however, it potently stimulates salivary secretion, which is mediated by NK-1 receptor activation.
