t-Boc-N-amido-PEG8-NHS ester is a PEG linker containing an NHS ester and a Boc-protected amine group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the water solubility of a compound in aqueous media. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form a free amine. The NHS ester can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. Reagent grade, for research use only.

Bromo-PEG11-azide is a PEG linker containing a bromide group and an azide group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The bromide (Br) is a very good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions. Reagent grade, for research use only.
