The Modified NP-40 Cell Lysis Buffer is intended for the lysis of mammalian adherent and suspension-cultured cells. This buffer is stronger than the standard NP-40 Cell Lysis Buffer.

The Modified RIPA Lysis Buffer is intended for the lysis of mammalian adherent and suspension-cultured cells. This buffer enables the extraction of cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins in mild denaturing conditions. This is an SDS-free buffer optimized and formulated for proteins that might be sensitive to some components of the standard RIPA Buffer. This buffer is compatible with many applications, including ELISA-based assays.

This buffer enables extraction of cytoplasmic, membrane and nuclear proteins under denaturing conditions.

This kit is intended for optimization of mammalian cell lysis conditions that best suit the assay and protein of interest.
