The Biosensis Mature BDNF <em>Rapid</em><sup>TM</sup> enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Kit is a sandwich ELISA that allows the quantification of mature BDNF in less than 3 hours in cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma (citrate and EDTA), pig serum, cell lysates, brain extracts, human milk and Sheep CSF only if used as directed, with a simplified protocol and no loss of sensitivity or specificity.
