Streptavidin Agarose Ultra Performance, 2 mL, provides high biotin binding capacity at a low price and enables improved recovery of any biotinylated biomolecule with lower non-specific binding. The combination of high-activity streptavidin and uniform 35-micron, 6% highly crosslinked agarose provides a biotin binding capacity of >330 nmol/mL of resin—the highest binding capacity in the industry. The base agarose beads support high flow rates and backpressures, which is ideal for automation.
