Bioconjugation Kits

Protein-Oligo Conjugation Kit is designed to easily and efficiently prepare two separate protein–oligo conjugates, enabling researchers with little or no conjugation experience to make custom protein–oligo conjugates that suit their research needs. It includes all of the necessary components, including S-HyNic and S-4FB, for the rapid and specific crosslinking of any protein with any oligo from 20–120 nucleotides in length. Up to 650 µg of protein may be conjugated to oligo in each reaction.

Antibody ̶ Oligonucleotide All-in-One Conjugation Kit, 1 Kit, contains everything needed to make one Antibody-Oligo conjugate from 100 µg of any user-supplied antibody. Included in the kit is a proprietary purification resin which produces a conjugate free of residual unbound oligo or antibody.

ChromaLINK One-Shot Antibody Biotinylation Kit, 1 Kit, enables convenient, consistent, and measurable biotinylation of 100 µg of antibody. Each kit contains ChromaLINK Biotin, which incorporates a novel UV-traceable chromophore to enable reproducibility in the biotinylation process. Measure the degree of biotinylation in minutes without the standard curves needed for the HABA/Avidin and Fluoro-Reporter assays. The One-Shot kit contains buffers, reagents, desalting columns, and a simple protocol.

S-4FB Linker (DMF Soluble), 5 x 1 mg. S-4FB heterobifunctional crosslinker is fundamental to SoluLINK bioconjugation technology. S-4FB reacts with primary amines on proteins (through lysine amino acids) or amino-modified oligonucleotides or surfaces, introducing a 4FB linker that forms stable covalent conjugates with biomolecules possessing HyNic linkers.

Sulfo S-4FB Linker (Water Soluble), 10 mg. S-4FB heterobifunctional crosslinker is fundamental to SoluLINK bioconjugation technology. Sulfo-S-4FB reacts with primary amines on proteins, amino-modified oligonucleotides or surfaces, introducing a 4FB linker that forms stable covalent conjugates with biomolecules possessing HyNic linkers. Sulfo-S-4FB contains a Sulfo-NHS ester, which makes it water soluble. No DMF or other organic solvents are necessary to dissolve the linker prior to use.

MHPH (Maleimide HyNic) Linker, 10 mg, converts thiol groups on proteins and surfaces to HyNic groups, which is one of the fundamental linkers to SoluLINK bioconjugation technology. HyNic reacts with 4FB groups on other biomolecules or surfaces to create stable aromatic hydrazone bonds, which are chromophoric and may be easily quantified spectrophotometrically.

Anhydrous DMF, 5 x 1.5 mL. Anhydrous DMF (Dimethylformamide) is used for solubilizing S-HyNic, S-4FB, and other SoluLINK linkers. Anhydrous DMF is packaged with molecular sieves to minimize water contamination and preserve quality.
