Human Receptor Associated (RAP) Purified from Innovative Research has been recombinantly produced in E. coli and purified using a combination of conventional and affinity chromatography. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 0.1M Tris-HCl; 0.1M NaCl; pH 7.4, with a concentration of 2.5 mg/ml and a purity of >95%. This product is useful for blocking receptor function in uptake assays, as a positive control for ELISA and western blot, and for a variety of additional in vitro applications including cell binding, cell differentiation, cell signaling, protein-protein interactions, and receptor binding.
