The one component 3,3?,5,5?-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate is supplied in a ready-to-use solution for membrane applications. A highly intense staining pattern increases the signal-to-noise ratios for improved sensitivity in western blot, dot blots and line assays. Benefits: Room temperature stability for 2 years. Extended dynamic range with reduction of wash out at higher peroxidase concentrations. Similar sensitivity to most chemiluminescent membrane substrates without the costly equipment needed for detection.
