The DynaMarker Prestain Marker for Small RNA Plus is a RNA ladder for precise sizing of RNA molecules in denaturing acrylamide gels. It is a ready-to-use mixture that does not require heating or addition of a denaturing agent before use. It has the added advantage of containing pre-stained single-strand nucleic acids that are visible during electrophoresis. The apparent sizes of bands in the DynaMarker Prestain Marker for Small RNA Plus are 100, 75, 50, 40, 30 and 20 bases in length.
