Ultra pure Actin consists in the alpha-skeletal muscle isoform and is purified from rabbit striated muscle.The purification method used (according to Spudich & Watts) results in a highly purified protein having a Molecular mass of 43,000 dalton. Store the Lyophilized Actin between 2-8°C, do not freeze. Upon reconstitution Actin should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
