Molecular Weight: Recombinant protein product has a calculated molecular mass of ∼55 kDa. Due to the abundant glycosylation, it migrates as approximately ∼65 kDa protein bands in SDS-PAGE under DTT, beta-mercaptoethanol reducing conditions.
