NZYSupreme qPCR Green Master Mix
NZYSupreme mixes offer ultra-sensitive detection with a multiple hot-start mode and are compatible with a variety of thermocyclers and incorporate passive reference dyes, such as ROX™ dye, to ensure accurate signal normalization (see devices below).

Figure 3: Benchmark Analysis against 9 providers. A 5-fold serial dilution of human genomic DNA was used, resulting in a high sensitivity and linearity signal confirmed for NZYtech’s master mix in amplifications. A unique peak corresponding to the desired amplicon was also detected with no primer-dimers nor non-specific amplifications during the experiments.
Suitable for Routine Screening Workflows
NZYTrace qPCR Green Master Mix incorporates dUTP together with a thermolabile uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) to efficiently remove carryover contamination from uracil-containing amplicons generated in previous runs, helping to prevent false positives in demanding routine workflows. Additionally, it includes a yellow buffer for visual verification of correct pipetting without affecting qPCR performance.
