When Comprehensive Functional Genomics Meets Long-read Sequencing

Unlike short-read methods, Fiber-seq resolves chromatin features in highly repetitive and structurally complex genomic regions. Fiber-seq uses a PCR-free approach to directly profile individual DNA molecules, uncovering heterogeneity in chromatin structure of cell populations. Its antibody-free workflow also enables near-nucleotide resolution footprinting of nucleosomes, transcription factors, and RNA polymerase.

With a streamlined workflow, <2-hour workflow directly upstream of standard long-read sequencing prep, Fiber-seq integrates seamlessly into existing pipelines, unlocking new insights from a single assay.
