Custom Lipid Arrays– Lipid-Protein Interaction Assay - 30 PK

The Custom Lipid Array Strip comes with 7 concentrations of the lipid of your choice and a no lipid control spotted onto a 1.25 cm x 6 cm hydrophobic membrane. For example: 100pmol 50 25 12.5 6.25 3.13 1.56 0. These strips are used to determine lipid-protein interactions through a simple protein-lipid overlay experiment.Briefly once the membrane is blocked it is incubated with your protein of interest.  The membrane is then washed and incubated with an HRP labeled antibody against the protein or your proteins affinity tag. The membrane is washed again before incubation with ECL or a precipitating TMB detection reagent. This can then be visualized with the appropriate equipment based on the detection reagent used.Minimum order of 30 strips is required.
