Human Anti-CD-19-TF CAR mRNA-LNP - 200uL

CD19 is a type I membrane protein expressed by all B cells and B cell precursors but not by plasma cells or other cell types. CD19 functions as part of the B cell antigen receptor complex, allowing B cells to respond to foreign antigens. CD19 is also expressed on all B cell malignancies, and is a favorable target for immunotherapy because of its specificity; patients receive immunoglobulin injections because their own B cells are depleted along with the malignant cells. ProMab’s PM-LNP-0094 nanoparticles contain an mRNA encoding a humanized anti-CD19 CAR (chimeric antigen receptor) protected by a lipid shell. The CAR contains a signal sequence, the humanized anti-CD19 scFv (single-chain variable fragment), the CD8 hinge and transmembrane domain, the 4-1BB costimulatory domain, the CD3ζ activation domain and a C-terminal TF tag (15 amino acids). The nanoparticles are formulated with SM102, DSPC, cholesterol and DMG-PEG2000 at an optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulati
