EGFR Knockout A549 Cell Line is an A549 lung cancer cell line in which human EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) has been genetically removed using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing with a lentivirus encoding CRISPR/Cas9 gene and sgRNA (single guide RNA) targeting human EGFR. This cell line has been validated by genomic sequencing and flow cytometry.
