Cy3-DSPE is an amphiphilic polyPEG which allows encapsulation of nutrients or therpeutics via formation of lipid bilayer for targeted drug delivery system, sucha as liposomes as carrier of mRNA vaccine. The Cy3 fluorophore is commonly used in applications such as immunolabeling, nucleic acid labeling, fluorescence microscopy, and flow cytometry.
