BDP 581/591 DBCO is a borondipyrromethene dye with a terminal DBCO group. BDP 581/591 can be used for the detection of reactive oxygen species since the fluorescence shifts to the green part of the spectrum upon oxidation. The DBCO groups is commonly used for copper-free Click Chemistry reactions due to its strain promoted high energy. Reagent grade, for research use only.
