AMCA-PEG4-DBCO - 5 MG
AMCA-PEG4-DBCO is a AMCA dye containing a reactive DBCO group and a hydrophilic PEG spacer arm with excitation/emission maximum of 345/450 nm. DBCO reacts with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules to form a stable triazole linkage without copper catalysts. It could be used as a quantum yield standard. Hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media and reduces steric hindrance during binding. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
