AMCA-PEG3-Methyltetrazine is a AMCA dye linker containing a terminal tetrazine group and a hydrophilic PEG spacer arm. The terminal methyltetrazine enables fast click reactions with TCO (trans-cycloctene) and the hydrophilic PEG spacer arm increases water solubility as well as membrane permability.
