1-(PEG-Amine)-2,3-(PEG4-Azide) is a trifunctional linker containing two azides and a primary amine. This amine can be used to couple with carboxylic acids in the presence of an activator such as HATU or EDC, while the azides are open to do click chemistry with terminal alkynes or strained cyclooctynes. PEG linkers are highly water soluble and altering chain length will impact DMPK in drug discovery applications.
