Green Upward cADDis cAMP Assay - Big Sky BacMam 5mL - 5mL

Measure cyclic AMP (cAMP) signaling kinetics, screen GPCRs for Gs activity, and more with the live cell, fluorescent, cADDis cAMP assay. This is an update to U0200G, packaged in Montana Molecular's new Big Sky BacMam vector. This change provides 3-4x improvements in transduction efficiency in cell types such as HEK293 and CHO. BacMam also robustly transduces many iPSCs and primary cultures. Increasing green fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl). 15mL and 30mL sizes are also available.
