Human MLH1 Methylation Profile Suite Suite - 4 boxes

Human MLH1 Methylation Profiling Suite is a targeted bisulfite sequencing panel designed to assess DNA methylation in regulatory and coding regions of the MLH1 gene. It comprises 15 assays distributed across two multiplex PCRs (N65V1P1 and N65V1P2), covering critical genomic regions such as 5'-upstream, 5'-UTR, exons, and introns. The panel captures 72 CpG sites and spans multiple functional regions relevant to transcriptional regulation and gene expression. This suite is optimized with a Ta of 59°C for high sensitivity and specificity in detecting methylation changes associated with epigenetic modifications in MLH1. It is suitable for cancer research, epigenetics studies, and biomarker discovery applications.
