Ideal for establishing benchmarks in DNA methylation assays, such as targeted NGS, pyrosequencing, and quantitative PCR, these controls enable accurate calibration and validation across a range of methylation states. Each set undergoes rigorous quality control using region-specific and global methylation assays to ensure consistent and reliable performance. Note: Bisulfite or enzymatic modification is required prior to use.
