AMCA-PEG4-NHS ester - 1 MG

AMCA-PEG4-NHS ester is a AMCA dye linker containing a NHS ester group and a hydrophilic PEG spacer arm. The NHS ester allows the dye to react with primary amines and the hydrophilic PEG spacer arm increases water solubility as well as membrane permability. This dye is used for protein and peptide labeing. The structure is similar to commercial AMCA-X-SE with better solubility and conjugation efficiency. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
