Red Upward cADDis cAMP Assay - Big Sky BacMam 5mL - 5mL

Fluorescent biosensor for cyclic AMP (cAMP) packaged in Montana Molecular's improved Big Sky BacMam vector. This is an update to #U0200R, yielding 3-4x increases in expression in HEK293 and CHO cells. Measure signaling kinetics, screen GPCRs for Gs activity, and more with the live cell assay. Increasing red fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. BacMam provides robust expression in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl). 15mL size is also available.
