Human MRP1 Vesicles - 0.5mL/ vial

Human MRP1 Vesicles are one of the ABC transporter vesicles products and were prepared from purified plasma membranes isolated from an insect cell system (Sf9 cells infected with baculovirus) over-expressing MRP1 (Multidrug resistance-associated protein 1, ABCC1). ABC transporter vesicles are easy-to-use reagents that allow you to evaluate interactions between your drug candidates and the transporter of interest in a high-throughput format. ABC transporters mediate their substrates into inside-out membrane vesicles in ATP-dependent manner, and therefore, you can determine whether the compound acts as a substrate and/or inhibitor of the transporter by measuring the amount incorporated into the vesicles. In vitro assays using membrane vesicles are described in the ICH M12 Guideline “Drug Interaction Studies” and one vial of ABC transporter vesicles producuts can perform 50 vesicular transport assays.
