The DynaMarker Prestain Marker for RNA High is a RNA ladder for precise sizing of RNA molecules in denaturing agarose gels. It is a ready-to-use mixture that does not require heating or addition of a denaturing agent before use. It has the added advantage of containing pre-stained single-strand nucleic acids that are visible during electrophoresis. The apparent sizes of bands in the DynaMarker Prestain Marker for RNA High are 200, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 4,000 and 8,000 bases in length.
