Cancer stem cell medium (BIT-100) - 500 ml

Cancer Stem Cell Medium is a sterile liquid culture medium designed for the cultivation of human cancer stem cells. Delivered in the form of a basal medium, it becomes a complete and effective environment for the growth of human cancer stem cells upon the addition of supplement mix components. The formulation is fine-tuned for optimal performance, supporting an initial seeding of 6,000 cells per square centimeter (cm²) up to confluence, reaching approximately 90%. Feeder-layer, matrix substrates or other substances are not necessary. Due to the possibility of reduced proliferative activity we recommend to use any antibiotic supplement for freshly isolated cells only. All components are tested in a stringent biological assay. Each batch is checked for human cancer stem cell proliferating characteristics.
