Amino-PEG4-MMAE - 50 MG

Amino-PEG4-MMAE is a synthetic antineoplastic agent coupled to an amine group by a PEG linker. The MMAE is a synthetic antineoplastic agent. It can be attached to a monoclonal antibody (mAb) which directs it toward cancer cells. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
