Sulfo-Cy5.5 dUTP is a deoxyuridine triphosphate molecule featuring a sulfo-Cy5.5 dye label. This molecule is a nucleoside which is activated for the enzymatic labeling of nucleic acids within cells. The fluorophore will cause the newly synthesized DNA to fluoresce with excitation and emission maxima at 684 nm and 710 nm respectively.
