Skeletal Muscle Cell Growth Medium is a sterile liquid culture medium designed for cultivating human skeletal muscle cells (HSKMC). Delivered as a basal medium, it is suitable for culturing Provitro HSKMC upon the addition of supplement mix components. The formulation is optimized for initial seeding of 4,000 cells/cm², facilitating growth up to confluence (approximately 90%).
