Green Gi cADDis cAMP Assay - Big Sky BacMam 5mL - 5mL

Measure Gi signaling kinetics or activation with this live cell cAMP assay. This is a update to #X0200G, packaged in Big Sky BacMam providing a 3-4x increase in expression in cell types including HEK293 and CHO cells. BacMam also robustly transduces many iPSC and primary cultures, including neuronal and cardiac cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (D2R BacMam and 2mM quinpirole in H2O). Other Montana Molecular tools including BacMam-packaged GPCRs can easily be co-expressed with this assay. 15mL and 30mL sizes are also available.
