Green Downward cADDis cAMP Assay - Big Sky BacMam 30mL - 30mL

Fluorescent biosensor for cyclic AMP (cAMP) packaged in Montana Molecular's improved Big Sky BacMam vector. Measure signaling kinetics, screen GPCRs for Gs activity, and more with the live cell assay. Add the cADDis sensor to your cells and measure robust signals the next day on an automated plate reader or fluorescence imaging system. Decreasing green fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. BacMam provides robust expression in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl). 5mL and 15mL sizes are also available.
