Santaka Red Fluorescent Protein packaged in BacMam for expression in mammalian cells. BacMam provides even, near 100% transduction efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many other cell lines, iPSCs, and primary cultures. Expression is easily titrateable to your experimental needs. Use test or optimize expression in your cells of choice or to label your cells with green fluorescence. It can also be helpful to optimize instrumentation settings when working with Montana Molecular's green fluorescent sensors for cAMP, DAG, arrestin, and more. This kit includes mNeonGreen BacMam and 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O.
