Endothelial Cell Growth Medium, Advanced, is a sterile liquid culture medium designed for the cultivation of endothelial cells. Delivered in the form of a basal medium, it is well-suited for culturing Provitro human endothelial cells when supplemented with the provided mix components. The formulation is optimized for the initial seeding of 4,000 cells/cm², allowing for growth up to confluence (approximately 90%). The use of feeder layers, matrix substrates, or other additives is not necessary. However, for freshly isolated cells, we recommend incorporating the antibiotic supplement to address potential reductions in proliferative activity. Endothelial cell proliferation medium is thoroughly tested after each production. All components are tested in a stringent biological assay.
