AKAP1-targeted cADDis cAMP Assay - 10mL - 5mL

U0263G is a fusion of the complete AKAP1 protein to the cADDis cAMP biosensor. In HEK293 cells, the AKAP1-targeted cAMP sensor localizes to the mitochondria. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in Big Sky BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl).
