IL1-RA Human, Rapid™ ELISA assay-2 Plate Kit - 2 Plate Kit

The Biosensis Human IL-1RA Rapid enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Kit is a sandwich ELISA that allows the quantification of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RA) in less than 4 hours in human saliva only if used as directed, with a simplified protocol and no loss of sensitivity or specificity. Please refer to the kit protocol for specific use instructions for each substrate application. This kit consists of a pre-coated polyclonal rabbit anti-human IL-1RA capture antibody, a biotinylated goat anti-human IL-1RA detection antibody, a recombinant human IL-1RA standard, and horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated streptavidin. The addition of a substrate (3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine, TMB) yields a coloured reaction product which is directly proportional to the concentration of IL-1RA present in samples and protein standards.
