B7H4-TF - 200uL

B7H4 (B7 Homolog 4), also known as VTCN1 (V-set domain containing T cell activation inhibitor 1), is a type I membrane expressed by antigen presenting cells. Binding of B7H4 to receptors on T cells inhibits T cell activation, proliferation and function. In solid tumors, B7H4 expression on tumor-associated macrophages is thought to inhibit adjacent T cell function, reducing antitumor immunity. Studies have also shown that high levels of B7H4 are associated with tumor progression. B7H4 is comprised of 282 amino acids and its GenPept accession number is NP_078902. ProMab’s PMLNP-0103 nanoparticles contain an mRNA encoding the extracellular domain of B7H4 and a C-terminal TF tag (15 amino acids). The nanoparticles are formulated with SM-102, DSPC, cholesterol and DMG-PEG2000 at an optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulation and efficient mRNA delivery in vitro and in vivo.
