B7H3-TF - 200uL

B7H3 (B7 Homolog 3), also known as CD276, is a type I membrane protein expressed by antigen presenting cells. Binding of B7H3 to receptors on T cells inhibits T cell activation, proliferation and function. B7H3 protein is also highly expressed in many types of cancer where it exhibits mutiple tumorigenic activities, e.g increasing angiogenesis, invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. To date, multiple B7H3-based immunotherapeutic strategies have demonstrated potent antitumor activity and acceptable safety profiles in preclinical models. This product is designed as a tool for the delivery and expression of human TF tagged B7H3 mRNA for research. B7H3 is comprised of 534 amino acids and its GenPept accession number is NP_001019907. ProMab’s PM-LNP-0102 nanoparticles contain an mRNA encoding the extracellular domain of B7H3 and a C-terminal TF tag (15 amino acids). The nanoparticles are formulated with SM-102, DSPC, cholesterol and DMGPEG2000 at an optimal molar concentration for
