AXL CAR mRNA-LNP - 200uL

AXL is a type I membrane receptor tyrosine kinase thought to be involved in multiple cellular functions in various cell types. In cancer, overexpression of AXL triggers tumor cell growth, survival, invasion, metastasis, angiogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and immunosuppression, resulting in treatment resistance and poor prognosis. Hence, AXL has emerged as a key facilitator of immune evasion and drug resistance in cancer cells, leading to invasive and metastatic cancers. ProMab’s PM-LNP-0053 nanoparticles contain an mRNA encoding an anti-AXL CAR (chimeric antigen receptor) protected by a lipid shell. The CAR contains a signal sequence, the anti-AXL scFv (single-chain variable fragment), the CD8 hinge and transmembrane domain, the 4-1BB costimulatory domain, and the CD3ζ activation domain. The nanoparticles are formulated with SM-102, DSPC, cholesterol and DMGPEG2000 at an optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulation and efficient mRNA delivery in vitro and i
