Within the Italian team we are looking for a new colleague to join us for a fulltime position based in Rome starting from March 1st. 

 

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager you will work with all Tebubio teams in order to:

 

Develop Business in assigned existing accounts:

  • Acts as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the adequate solution to the customer while preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Strengthens client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships, develops the relationships and contracts
  • up-sell and cross-sell

Acquire new business

  • Define, with guidance from the SM, a strategy to acquire assigned accounts
  • Initiates contacts with relevant stakeholders in the assigned accounts
  • Initiates the sales process by scheduling appointments and understanding account requirements, close sales 

Market and customer watch

  • Contributes to identifying industry trends through customers feedback and collaboration with internal teams

Your main tool is the CRM and you will maintain accurate records in the CRM to keep track of contact persons & responsibilities, corporate news on the account, interactions with the account.

 

This position requires regular travels in the territory to meet customers and attend events and occasional travels outside of the territory to meet colleagues, attend corporate meetings

Profile required

 

  • Master degree in life sciences 

  • An experience in sales is a plus 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organisation skills and time management 

  • Knowledge of using the CRM and team work
